Styling Fall Tanks 101

Even though the first of fall has hit, LA still thinks it’s summer. As much as we want to break out our new sweaters and jackets it’s just not possible for us Cali girls living in this 100 degree + weather.

Because it’s too hot to wear anything with sleeves, we put together an easy 101 guide to styling our new tanks that will keep you looking fall-ish without sweating your butt off in this heat! We posted this quick session on insta chat last week, but here is a quick breakdown of the looks.

·      Pair a black tank with some cut-off shorts for an easy cool girl look. Velvet and animal print are two of fall 2016’s biggest must haves, so add some color with a pretty velvet necklace for a chic touch. We took a piece of burgundy velvet ribbon and made it into a choker! This is a super cheap way to add a little bit of color to any outfit. Animal print booties keep this look more fall than summer and are a great way to spice up an outfit.

·      We love double buckle belts and leather jackets. This is the ultimate combination for that Kendall Jenner edgy vibe a lot of us go for. Since it’s too hot to wear leather jackets right now, keep cool with a tucked in muscle tank and some black sandals. You can always take a leather jacket with you and throw it over your shoulder to complete the look.

·       The vintage jean trend is one of the best trends we think we’ve seen in a while. This denim trend is easy to wear with anything and we love it paired with a fun tie-dye print in a fall color. Add some booties and choker to tie it all together! It's that easy.
