Nicky Hilton was looking her usual beautiful self in Gypsy 05's Tamara Silk Mini Dress in Olive while in Las Vegas with big sis Paris! Paris was helping open Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel for the summer and Nicky came along for the fun! She looked marvelous but you don't have to go to Vegas to wear this dress because its perfect for almost any occasion.  It will be coming out by the end of July!
